Louisville police investigating phony officer scam

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Police in Louisville say two men used flashing lights to pull over a driver and then one of them posed as a police officer and stole a debit card. A woman told police she saw flashing red and blue lights atop a car behind her early Jan. 7 and pulled over.
